1900s Antique Ottoman Bakelite Prayer Bead with silver tassels. The material of this bead is antique bakelite which doesn't change color in time and not smell. 110 years of age made the holes of the beads slightly larger so few lines of strings are used in threading. It is rather a liarge king size prayer bead with beads of barley cut 13x15mm and an imame of 3.5cm with two holes. Probably it was made in Hidiv (todays Egypt). Came out of a dowry collection in Istanbul. Rare piece for a collector.
